Gin and tonic


25 ml Wild-Arbor
25 ml Gin
50 ml, or more to taste.
25 ml Expresso Coffee


Fill a glass, any glass you would use for a G&T will do, with cold, cold ice. The larger the cubes the better.
Add the Wild-Arbor and Gin
Take some rind from the grapefruit and twist over the glass to release the oils and scent from its skin.
Add the Tonic
Gently pour the expresso coffee over the ice and allow to blend into the glass. 
Do not stir.
